If you work or live on the third floor of a building and have access to both an elevator and stairs, do you take the elevator or stairs on a daily basis? not counting the times you have a heavy load of groceries or couple of toddlers of couse.
Why do you take the elevator? You cannot walk up the stairs? It's faster? or the stairs are dangerous?
Why do you take the stairs? to be healthy? more fresh air? or faster?
Answers:
1Before I developed a problem with my back and knees I would take the stairs because it is faster and for the exercise. Now I take the elevator if it is more than one floor and my knees no longer have much strength since being operated on and I have also a lot of back pain now. Ahh for the good old days.
