Can a staircase be chaged in ann already completed house? Its a standard staircase biut I would like to add a curved staircase. Is this possible?

cannot know the answer to this question without knowing more about the layout of the hallway, the size of the well-hole and things like positions of doorways on both floors. you really need to get a staircase manufacturer to come round and have a look. usually, the headroom requirement of 2m clear above the front of each tread, is the deciding factor.
nothing is impossible but the worst case scenario would involve structural alterations.
