I have a flr to flr height of 14'-0" =24risers @ 7". a landing is code ' required not to exceed 12'-0"can we go 3 risers @ 7"=21" + landing to 21 risers @ 7"= 12'-3" . 3" over 12' max ???



surley this has come up before do we have to add another riser before the landing causing a head room problem.
